Abstract
Globalization and digitalization trigger dynamic changes in technology, economy, organizations, and social systems. Reflectivity becomes a core capability for engineers and companies to meet these challenges. This research aims at supporting structured reflection process in EP to guide goal-oriented adaptions of processes, methods, tools, and collaboration. A Reflection Canvas is proposed master the three phases of a reflection process that are feedback, reflection, and planning. Within the Canvas guiding questions are given to refocus on project goals, social aspects, and the process itself.
